~ Bailey & Taylor blazer, Asuza shirt, Matthew Williamson belt, James Jeans jeans, Miu Miu flats ~
Today, with the persuasion of the rarity of sunlight, I was able to pull together an ensemble that took quite a lot of thought, yet little effort. Staying on par with the current trend of wearing pajamas as street-wear, I was able to recover one of my newly bought, looser fitting pieces to style. Made with ultra soft Tencel, not only did my shirt feel like it belonged in bed, but the silk like texture of the fabric, oversized fit, and pocket detailing also managed to convince me of its pajama-esque nature. Although I must admit, it was the skinny jeans that asserted my belief that I hadn't taken the sleepwear trend too far on the street.
~ an apple green belt makes an excellent statement piece along with the concealed pinstripe lining of my blazer ~
~ i'm loving the relaxed drape of the fabric for lazy days ~
"an outfit took quite a lot of thought, yet little effort" - aren't they just the best outfits of all though? You have pulled it all off well and I love that the look and feel of pj's is whats on trend (I don't think my bright pink stripy pj pants would quite translate in to street fashion though) :P
